We offer many of the most unique customization options for letterpress invitations in the marketplace. We work personally with each client to design and produce invitations with original details and special touches that can't be purchased “off the shelf” or from a book at other large retailers. PAPER AND ENVELOPE OPTIONS
Our house paper is Crane Lettra, which is an eco-friendly, 100% cotton, soft organic paper with the feel of handmade art paper. This paper was specifically designed for letterpress printing. Lettra is available in a standard (110#) or double thick (220#) weight in Fluorescent White or Pearl White. Arturo papers (shown in Pale Pink below) are mouldmade in Italy. The paper has a slightly textured, luxurious feel. Arturo is available in a standard (260 gsm) weight. Other papers are available upon request.
INK COLORS
We have a standard palatte of ink colors. We can customize an ink color to match your event for an additional $50. For most inks, a matching colored envelope is available. Due to differences between computer monitors, colors may not be an exact representation of final output. Contact us for real ink swatches.
METALLIC FOIL
We are pleased to offer metallic foil letterpress printing. Please Contact us for real ink swatches.
EDGE PAINTING
This customization involves painting the side of the stationery piece with ink. Ths process is generally performed on thicker papers, such as Crane Lettra double thick paper (220# / 600 gsm). Our standard colors are listed below, but custom colors can be developed for a small additional fee.
PATTERNED BACKERS AND ENVELOPE LINERS
Complementary patterns can be letterpress printed on the back of invitations or other stationery pieces. They can also be used an envelope liners. Patterns can be printed in any of our standard or custom ink colors. We can also create custom patterns for an additional fee.
CUSTOM SHAPES
Adding a die cut shape to your wedding stationery gives it a unique, one-of-a-kind look! Shapes can be added to invitations, coasters, gift tags and more.
POCKET FOLD ENCLOSURES
Kimberly FitzSimons is a dealer of Envelopments® enclosures (i.e. Pocket Folds®). Pocket Folds are used as an “inner folder” to hold wedding stationery pieces, such as reception cards and direction cards. There are five styles of Pocket Folds that we offer to fit a standard 5” x 7” invitation:
